Why Panda Paddles?
Our paddles are made from bamboo, a sustainable resource. Since bamboo is a grass, it is extremely fast growing and has fewer imperfections than wood, making it a great choice for paddles. Tests have shown that the raw bamboo, without any type of protective coat, can withstand months of exposure to water without sustaining damage (not recommended usage). The Panda Paddles company: Our design was developed by founder and owner Justin Fisher in 2005. Panda Paddles balances synthetic and natural elements in order to provide a sustainable product. Our goal is to provide kayak enthusiasts with an affordable paddle while maintaining the highest quality standards of both construction and design. Panda Paddles design is patent pending. |
